- Design, develop, and maintain packaged applications (ERP, CRM, SCM) aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization of application modules
- Document technical processes, system configurations, and user guides
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for application issues
- Implement security protocols and performance enhancements for packaged solutions
- Coordinate with vendors for system integration and updates
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in packaged application development
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or relevant development languages
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle)
- Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and API integration
- Certification in relevant technologies (AWS, Azure, or cloud platforms)
