Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end application release cycles, from testing to production deployment.
- Develop and maintain API integrations to ensure seamless data flow between disparate systems.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure maximum uptime and stability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis for software incidents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and feature optimization.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SaaS application support, configuration, or engineering.
- Proficiency in standard configuration tools and modern software deployment workflows.
- Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a strong plus.
