- Configure packaged SaaS applications to align with specific business requirements and client needs.
- Manage software releases, patches, and updates to maintain system integrity and security.
- Perform system administration and troubleshooting for SaaS environments to ensure high availability.
- Integrate SaaS applications with existing enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement necessary optimizations.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to define functional scopes and deliverables.
- Document technical configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working with SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) or packaged software.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), release management, and configuration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript) and SQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
