Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with packaged applications or SaaS platforms
- Proficiency in configuration management tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday)
- Strong understanding of API integration and middleware technologies
- Experience with release management and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Certifications in relevant SaaS platforms preferred
