Tanggung Jawab
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to company standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring packaging is sealed correctly and labeled accurately.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation to comply with food safety and health regulations.
- Assist in the assembly of product kits and prepare orders for shipping and distribution.
- Monitor inventory of packaging materials and report shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Record daily production output accurately in logs and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely order completion.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or food production environment is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15-20kg.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (HACCP or similar is a plus).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be able to work on shifting schedules as required by production needs.
