Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and design innovative packaging concepts, including boxes, labels, and cartons, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Create visual materials and assets that are visually attractive, informative, and communicative to target audiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to understand product requirements and design briefs.
- Ensure all packaging designs comply with legal regulations, safety standards, and industry guidelines.
- Prepare technical files and specifications for print production and manufacturing partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive packaging strategies.
- Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in packaging design within the consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging projects and brand identity work.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
