Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international regulatory standards (e.g., BPOM, ISO) for all packaging materials.
- Manage and evaluate relationships with packaging suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Conduct research and development on innovative packaging materials and technologies to improve product preservation.
- Design and prototype packaging solutions that align with brand identity and consumer preferences.
- Analyze packaging performance data to optimize shelf life and reduce material waste.
- C coordinate with R&D and production teams to troubleshoot packaging defects and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Material Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in packaging development within the FMCG or food industry.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards for food packaging.
- Proficiency in packaging design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator) and laboratory testing equipment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
