Are you a detail-oriented packaging professional looking to make a significant impact with a leading FMCG company? Sasa Inti is currently seeking a highly skilled Packaging Development Specialist to join our team on a maternity leave cover contract in Jakarta.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of packaging projects, ensuring our products reach consumers with high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective packaging solutions. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations teams to translate brand concepts into functional, shelf-ready packaging designs that comply with technical and safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end development of packaging materials for new and existing product lines.
- Coordinate with vendors to source sustainable, cost-effective, and high-performance packaging materials.
- Conduct packaging performance testing and pilot production line trials to ensure operational compatibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Quality) to meet project deadlines and technical requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot packaging-related issues during production to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with current packaging trends, government regulations, and industry sustainability standards.
- Maintain technical documentation, specifications, and bill of materials (BOM) for all packaging components.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in packaging development, ideally within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials (flexible, rigid, corrugated) and their properties.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and packaging design software or CAD tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
