Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end packaging development projects from concept to commercialization
- Ensure packaging designs comply with FDA, EMA, and local regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality) to optimize packaging solutions
- Conduct material testing, validation studies, and cost-benefit analyses
- Manage packaging suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Implement sustainability initiatives in packaging design and material selection
- Maintain documentation for packaging change control and regulatory submissions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging development
- Expertise in primary/secondary packaging materials (glass, plastics, aluminum)
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and packaging validation protocols
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and packaging design tools
- Proven project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
