Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for innovation and functional design? Ethos Holding Company is looking for a strategic Packaging Development Supervisor to lead our packaging initiatives in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design, engineering feasibility, and business profitability, ensuring that our products reach customers in packaging that is not only visually striking but also highly efficient and sustainable.
You will oversee the end-to-end packaging development lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to material selection and final production approval. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of packaging technology, supply chain requirements, and consumer behavior to drive excellence across our brand portfolio.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development of innovative packaging solutions that align with brand identity and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, and Procurement, to ensure packaging feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage packaging specifications, technical drawings, and material standards to maintain high quality control.
- Conduct rigorous testing and prototyping to ensure packaging integrity, safety, and shelf-life compliance.
- Optimize packaging workflows to reduce lead times and improve sustainability metrics across the product range.
- Evaluate and source reliable packaging vendors, ensuring high-quality output while managing budget constraints.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to the packaging team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in packaging development, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency in packaging design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or ArtiosCAD).
- Deep technical knowledge of packaging materials (plastics, paper, glass, metal) and printing processes.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
