Tanggung Jawab
- Review and develop packaging concepts for new toy lines, ensuring manufacturability, structural integrity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Create detailed packaging designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and generate technical drawings for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure designs are feasible for mass production and logistics.
- Conduct material sourcing and cost analyses to optimize packaging budgets and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with global safety standards (e.g., ASTM, EN) and environmental regulations (sustainability initiatives).
- Lead prototype testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data.
- Manage packaging project timelines from concept through launch.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in packaging design and development within the consumer goods or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, die-cutting, and assembly techniques.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, REACH, ISO standards).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
