Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop innovative packaging solutions that ensure product integrity and protection.
- Analyze material costs and manufacturing processes to optimize packaging budgets.
- Conduct rigorous testing on prototypes to ensure durability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to select high-quality materials and printing techniques.
- Implement sustainable packaging practices to reduce environmental impact and waste.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance packaging efficiency and shelf appeal.
- Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve packaging-related issues during manufacturing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Material Science.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in packaging development, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and packaging design tools.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and secondary packaging.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Philippine regulatory standards (e.g., DTI, FDA) and safety regulations.
