This role is a vital WFO (Work From Office) opportunity that centers on optimizing packaging efficiency, sustainability, and line performance.
As our Packaging Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of packaging developmentāfrom conceptual design and material selection to production line trials and quality assurance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain, to ensure that our packaging solutions meet both consumer demand and operational cost-efficiency targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of new packaging designs and materials to support product launches and line extensions.
- Conduct packaging line trials to ensure compatibility, efficiency, and minimal waste during high-speed production.
- Perform comprehensive testing and validation of packaging materials to meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize existing packaging specifications to drive cost savings through material reduction or process improvements.
- Collaborate with global suppliers to source high-quality, sustainable materials that align with corporate ESG goals.
- Analyze production line downtime caused by packaging issues and implement effective corrective actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, including CAD drawings, BOMs, and material specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in packaging development within the FMCG or food/beverage industry.
- Proficiency in packaging software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software).
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials technology and high-speed filling/packaging machinery.
- Solid understanding of quality systems (ISO, HACCP, GMP) relevant to the manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (WFO) in the Karawang area.
