Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and commission new packaging machinery according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on packaging equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions
- Execute timely repairs and component replacements to restore equipment functionality
- Document service activities, maintenance logs, and parts usage in digital systems
- Train production staff on proper machine operation and basic maintenance protocols
- Optimize machine performance through continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with suppliers for parts procurement and technical support
Kualifikasi
- Technical vocational diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance
- Minimum 3 years' experience with packaging machinery (fillers, sealers, labelers)
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams
- Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial automation controls
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues
- Valid driver's license and willingness for on-site emergency calls
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
