Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end packaging processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards
- Develop and implement packaging optimization strategies reducing material waste and operational costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in packaging machinery maintenance and automation upgrades
- Conduct regular audits to ensure packaging solutions meet safety and sustainability regulations
- Collaborate with R&D to design innovative packaging solutions for new product launches
- Manage packaging inventory and supplier relationships to ensure timely material availability
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in packaging process management within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, machinery, and automation systems
- Proven track record in reducing packaging costs while improving product protection
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
- Advanced proficiency in packaging design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Excellent project management and leadership skills with team development experience
