Are you a detail-oriented technical professional seeking a rewarding career in the manufacturing sector? PERSOL is looking for a skilled Packaging/Process Technician to join our dynamic team in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of critical production machinery, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and meet the highest quality standards.
Your daily tasks will involve operating and monitoring complex systems such as packaging lines, dry blending units, wet processing equipment, UHT machines, evaporators, and spray dryers. You will also play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our powder transport systems and performing essential CIP (Clean-in-Place) system maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor packaging, dry blending, and wet processing equipment to ensure production targets are met.
- Manage and maintain complex processing systems, including UHT, evaporators, and spray dryers.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the CIP system and powder transport systems.
- Conduct regular quality checks and report any deviations or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform minor repairs to keep production lines running efficiently.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food and beverage or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of processing machinery, including UHT, evaporators, spray dryers, and packaging lines.
- Experience with CIP systems and powder handling equipment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry.
