We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Packaging Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing the supply chain of high-quality packaging materials that align with our brand's standards.
As a Packaging Procurement Executive, you will bridge the gap between our production needs and the external market. You will drive cost-saving initiatives, ensure timely delivery of materials, and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for packaging materials, including paper, plastic, glass, and printing components.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure high-quality standards, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery schedules.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to optimize costs and improve supply chain margins.
- Monitor market trends and price fluctuations of raw materials to forecast needs and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate closely with the production and design teams to ensure packaging specifications meet brand requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals in all sourcing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and manufacturing logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact with international partners.
