You'll spearface supplier relationship management through regular site visits, guaranteeing material quality and operational compliance. Develop and execute data-driven sales plans aligned with market dynamics, preparing comprehensive documentation for seamless procurement workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure packaging material quality and compliance with industry standards
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for packaging products aligned with market demands
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation including RFQs, contracts, and performance metrics
- Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activities to inform procurement decisions
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with packaging suppliers
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to optimize packaging specifications and cost efficiency
- Analyze packaging performance data and supplier KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and procurement within the food or packaging industry
- Proven track record in supplier relationship management and quality assurance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and sales trends
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP) is advantageous
