Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily packaging operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of finished goods.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of packaging staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Implement and monitor strict quality control measures to ensure all packaged items meet company and customer standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, health standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) within the packaging area.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to manage stock flow, labeling, and distribution requirements.
- Analyze production data and workflow to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage packaging materials inventory and order supplies to prevent production downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of packaging machinery, materials, and handling techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production schedules and demands.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and tracking production metrics.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., Workplace Safety and Health) are preferred.
