- Supervise and coordinate packaging operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Manage packaging staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain packaging processes that align with production requirements
- Work closely with CNC programming teams using Mastercam for 4-axis and 5-axis machining operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinate procurement as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in packaging supervision or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, equipment, and techniques
- Familiarity with CNC programming and precision machining using Mastercam
- Experience with 4-axis and 5-axis machining operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
