Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily packaging operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure 100% accuracy in stock records and packaging materials.
- Enforce strict compliance with company safety procedures and regulatory standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of packaging staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth material flow.
- Conduct regular quality checks on packaged goods to minimize defects and returns.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize packaging workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or relevant diploma in Manufacturing/Logistics.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or transport sector.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance standards.
