- Supervise and coordinate daily packaging operations to meet production targets
- Manage packaging staff assignments, training, and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and SOPs
- Optimize packaging processes to reduce material waste and improve efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of packaging materials
- Implement and maintain packaging equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams for seamless workflow coordination
- Conduct regular quality checks and process audits
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years in packaging or warehouse supervision role
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, equipment, and industry standards
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic understanding of safety regulations in manufacturing environments
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
