In this role, you will be responsible for operating packaging machinery, inspecting products for quality assurance, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient and accurate product packaging
- Assist in coordinating manufacturing activities under supervisor guidance
- Inspect packaged products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards
- Maintain clean and organized work area, following safety protocols
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines
- Document packaging activities and maintain accurate records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging processes
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of packaging machinery and equipment operation
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts as required
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
