Carlsberg Malaysia is offering an exciting opportunity for a Packaging Trainee to join our high-performing team in Shah Alam on a 12-month contract basis. This role is designed for ambitious individuals who are eager to learn the intricacies of large-scale beverage production, machine operation, and industrial safety standards.
As a Packaging Trainee, you will work alongside experienced technicians and engineers, gaining hands-on experience in one of the most reputable brewing environments in the region. You will be responsible for supporting daily production activities, ensuring our packaging lines run at peak efficiency while upholding the legendary quality standards that define the Carlsberg brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor packaging line machinery to ensure seamless production cycles.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure compliance with Carlsberg’s global quality standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols throughout the production zone.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on assigned machines to minimize downtime.
- Document production data accurately and report operational anomalies to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workstation following 5S methodology.
- Assist in the preparation and transition of packaging materials for various product batches.
- Actively participate in training programs to enhance technical proficiency in beverage manufacturing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or a Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production plant environment is an added advantage.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational discipline.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights and weekends.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of physical fitness to handle manual tasks and extended periods of standing.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive team player with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
