As a Packer cum QC, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are packed correctly and meet quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Pack finished products into boxes according to packing specifications and maintain packing records
- Perform visual inspection of products to identify defects, damages, or deviations from quality standards
- Ensure all packed items are correctly labeled and sealed before shipment
- Report any quality issues or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following 5S principles
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Physically fit and able to perform standing work for long shifts
- Detail-oriented with good eyesight for quality inspection tasks
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Able to communicate in basic English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals
- Positive attitude and reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
