Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and package products according to company specifications and quality standards
- Inspect items for defects and ensure proper labeling and documentation
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to packaging and quality control
Kualifikasi
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic understanding of packaging materials and techniques
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Must provide own safety shoes and work vest
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Must be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
