Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pack and organize products according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment and tools safely while maintaining productivity goals
- Label and tag packages with correct information including product details and shipping destinations
- Inspect packaged items for defects, damages, or errors before shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily packing targets
- Report any equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies to management promptly
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines at all times during work hours
Kualifikasi
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination for precise packing work
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Physical capability to lift and move packages up to designated weight limits
- Responsible and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
- Willingness to wear appropriate work attire including long black pants or jeans
- Comfortable wearing safety shoes (covered shoes accepted; safety shoes can be provided if needed)
