This role is tailored for individuals with zero prior experience who want to enter the manufacturing and logistics sector. As a Packer, your daily responsibilities will be straightforward yet vital to the operation. You will conduct simple inspections of goods, check for visible defects, pack products into boxes or pallets, label them accurately, and organize them for storage or shipment. You will work under the guidance of a supportive supervisor and collaborate with a cheerful team. The job is repetitive but instills a great sense of accomplishment as you see products successfully prepared for customers.
We are offering a competitive monthly salary of $1,600 – $2,000, commensurate with your shifts and contributions. The workplace is located at Woodlands, easily reachable by bus and MRT. You will enjoy a clean, air-conditioned production environment, with proper safety gear provided. There is also room for growth—many of our packers have moved into senior positions or other departments over time.
To succeed in this position, you need to be detail-oriented, able to stand for long hours, and physically capable of lifting up to 10kg. You must be willing to commit to a full-time schedule (including alternate Saturdays) and follow instructions precisely. No formal qualifications are necessary, but a positive attitude and a desire to do your best are essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform visual inspection of products to identify any defects or irregularities.
- Pack finished goods into boxes, cartons, or pallets following specified procedures.
- Label and seal packages properly with appropriate identification tags.
- Organize packed goods in designated areas for storage or dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the packing area at all times.
- Assist with stock counting and inventory checks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and quality standards strictly.
- Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor.

- No prior work experience required; full on-the-job training provided.
- Able to understand basic English instructions.
- Good attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
