Telford Precision Engineering Pte Ltd is a trusted name in precision manufacturing, delivering high-quality components to a wide range of industries. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packing and Inspection Staff to join our production team in Loyang, East Region.
In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our finished goods meet the highest quality standards before reaching our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting components for defects, deburring parts to precise specifications, and packing them securely for delivery. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence.
We offer a competitive salary of $2,000 – $2,500 per month along with a supportive work environment. You will receive training to develop your skills and grow within the company. Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications using precision measuring tools.
- Deburr and finish components to remove sharp edges and burrs using hand tools and equipment.
- Pack and label items according to packing instructions, ensuring secure and accurate shipment.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results, packing lists, and quality reports.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet targets and resolve issues.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation as needed.
- Report any non-conformances or process improvements to supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection is preferred.
- Familiarity with deburring techniques and tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect defects.
- Good eyesight and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and specifications.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
