We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Department Operator to join our manufacturing team in Nilai. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards through careful checking, folding, and packing processes before they are dispatched. You will report directly to the Line Leader and Supervisor, working collaboratively to maintain a smooth and efficient production workflow.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company specifications and standards.
- Fold, pack, and label items securely into cartons or boxes using appropriate materials.
- Operate packing machinery or tools safely and efficiently according to guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
- Report any packaging defects or quality issues to the Line Leader immediately.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly to ensure consistency.
- Assist in inventory organization and general warehouse maintenance duties.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or packing environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate weights (up to 5kg-10kg).
- Basic understanding of quality control processes.
- Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Valid Malaysian identification (MyKad) is required.
