In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our packing department, ensuring that our products are processed with the highest level of accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
As a Packing Supervisor, you will be the bridge between production and logistics, ensuring that our finished goods meet our rigorous quality standards before reaching our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and provide daily guidance to the packing team to meet production targets.
- Monitor packing workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal product waste.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all items are packed according to company specifications.
- Manage team schedules, attendance, and performance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment at all times.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of daily packing output and inventory levels.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve throughput.
- Train new team members on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of packing processes, quality control, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Willingness to work in Butterworth, Penang.
