Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the padel club to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and execute community-building strategies to maximize member retention and engagement.
- Organize and manage regular club events, tournaments, and social gatherings to foster a fun atmosphere.
- Monitor court occupancy and implement strategies to ensure full bookings and optimal revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote club activities and attract new members.
- Manage club inventory and maintain the facility in pristine condition.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hospitality, tourism, or sports club management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for padel or a strong willingness to learn the sport quickly.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar operational role is preferred.
