As a Padel Host, you will be the face of our courts. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing bookings, and ensuring every guest experiences the best of our community. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome players and visitors with a warm, energetic, and professional demeanor.
- Manage court bookings, check-ins, and membership inquiries using our internal management system.
- Coordinate social tournaments, match-making for solo players, and community events.
- Ensure the Padel court area and lounge are clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Provide basic instructions on Padel rules and rental equipment to newcomers.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Promote upcoming events, workshops, and membership packages to increase community engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or high-end service roles is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian proficiency is a plus.
- Passionate about sports, health, and building community-driven lifestyle brands.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the sports industry.
- Basic computer literacy for managing booking systems and digital communications.
