Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm welcomes, court orientation, and personalized assistance
- Manage court reservations, equipment rentals, and member check-in/out processes
- Organize and facilitate padel tournaments, social mixers, and community events
- Maintain pristine court conditions and facilities through daily inspections and maintenance coordination
- Act as brand ambassador by promoting Ola Socials Padel memberships and programs
- Collaborate with marketing team to capture member experiences and community growth
- Resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
Kualifikasi
- Passion for padel/sports and enthusiasm for active lifestyle communities
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, guest services, or sports facility management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse members
- Basic padel knowledge and willingness to develop technical skills
- Event coordination experience and creative mindset for community activities
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- Positive, energetic demeanor and commitment to exceptional service
