Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily padel court operations, maintenance, and scheduling to ensure peak performance
- Manage and mentor padel coaches, staff, and volunteers to deliver exceptional customer service
- Design and execute member engagement programs, tournaments, and community events
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new members and increase facility utilization
- Monitor facility budget, inventory, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards
- Foster partnerships with local businesses and padel organizations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in sports facility management or padel industry experience
- Advanced knowledge of padel rules, techniques, and tournament organization
- Proven leadership skills with staff development experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong financial management and budgeting capabilities
- Creative event planning and marketing background
- Passion for padel and commitment to growing the sport in Bali
