Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily padel court operations, bookings, and facility maintenance
- Lead, train, and supervise padel court staff and instructors
- Develop and implement member engagement programs and tournaments
- Oversee customer service excellence and member satisfaction
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to grow padel community participation
- Manage inventory control for equipment and facility supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in sports facility management or hospitality leadership
- Deep understanding of padel rules, equipment, and gameplay
- Proven experience in team management and staff training
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Marketing and event coordination experience
- Knowledge of Bali tourism industry dynamics
