Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain offset plate casting machinery to meet daily production quotas.
- Perform precise pagination layouts according to technical specifications and print requirements.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on finished plates to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform routine equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and improve overall output efficiency.
- Ensure all safety protocols and workplace regulations are strictly followed during operation.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation for inventory and quality reporting.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in printing, manufacturing, or offset plate casting operations.
- Strong understanding of pagination software and print layout principles.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production guidelines effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
