Tanggung Jawab
- Greet, welcome, and escort Paiza guests to their designated areas with professionalism and warmth
- Provide detailed information on MBS facilities, dining options, and entertainment offerings
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve guest inquiries and special requests promptly
- Monitor guest preferences and tailor services to enhance the overall experience
- Maintain pristine lounge environment and ensure operational readiness
- Collaborate with VIP services team to deliver seamless premium experiences
- Handle guest feedback and implement service improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in luxury hospitality or premium customer service roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual ability preferred
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a guest-centric approach
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Professional appearance and polished etiquette standards
- Working knowledge of Singapore tourism landscape and MBS offerings
- Valid RSA certification or equivalent hospitality training
