Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily laboratory operations including sample testing, calibration, and equipment maintenance
- Lead quality control testing for FFA, PV, moisture content, and other palm oil parameters
- Implement and enforce laboratory safety protocols and ISO 17025 standards
- Train and mentor laboratory technicians on testing procedures and documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and optimize processes
- Prepare detailed laboratory reports for management and regulatory compliance
- Manage inventory of lab supplies and ensure cost-effective operations
- Stay updated on industry advancements and implement best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in palm oil laboratory operations
- Strong knowledge of POQMS standards and ASTM testing methods
- Proven team leadership experience in laboratory environments
- Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Certification in quality control or laboratory management preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
