Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and organize kitchen equipment and tools required for daily operations.
  • Perform mise en place by washing, peeling, and cutting raw ingredients according to chef instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary pantry area in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Assist the culinary team in managing inventory and restocking food supplies.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients to prevent spoilage and maintain freshness.
  • Monitor and clean kitchen surfaces and utensils to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support kitchen staff during busy service hours to ensure smooth workflow.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Culinary Arts.
  • Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, pantry staff, or dishwasher is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle physical tasks.
  • Disciplined, punctual, and capable of working in shifting schedules.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and ingredient handling.
