In this role, you will be the bridge to a child's future, providing essential support in the classroom to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive, learn, and grow.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Lead Teachers in the daily implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to children to reinforce learning concepts.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration.
- Help monitor student progress and maintain anecdotal records for teacher review.
- Assist in the supervision of children during transitions, outdoor play, and meal times.
- Foster positive social-emotional development by modeling respectful and encouraging interactions.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily experiences and needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'N' Level, or equivalent certification.
- Fundamentals of Early Childhood Care and Education (FECCE) or relevant preschool certification is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based professional environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development within the education sector.
