Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lawyers in preparing and reviewing legal documentation for banking and finance transactions
- Conduct in-depth legal research on regulatory frameworks, case law, and industry standards
- Manage and maintain case files with meticulous attention to deadlines and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities for documentation and submissions
- Support due diligence processes for M&A and financing transactions
- Monitor legislative developments and ensure adherence to evolving legal requirements
- Prepare internal memoranda and client communications summarizing legal findings
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field
- 1-3 years of paralegal experience in banking/finance law preferred
- Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw)
- Strong command of legal documentation drafting and contract analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented approach with high accuracy in document preparation
- Effective communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions
- Working knowledge of Singapore's financial regulatory environment
