Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, contracts, and corporate governance materials
- Conduct legal research and analysis on healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards
- Manage and maintain legal documentation, ensuring proper organization and accessibility
- Support corporate governance initiatives, including board meeting preparation and minute-taking
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations for senior management
- Monitor changes in healthcare legislation and regulations that may impact the organization
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal executive in a corporate or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, corporate governance, and healthcare regulations
- Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills
- Proficient in legal research tools and software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional certification in paralegal studies or legal compliance is an advantage
