Are you a detail-oriented legal professional looking to elevate your career in a global setting? Straive is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal (International Contracts) to join our dynamic legal team at our Bonifacio Global City office.
In this critical role, you will be the linchpin of our international contract operations, ensuring our global partnerships are built on solid legal foundations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the globe, supporting the review, drafting, and management of complex international agreements. At Straive, we value precision, proactiveness, and integrity. As a key member of our legal department, you will handle a broad spectrum of contracts ranging from Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to complex Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SaaS agreements, and licensing deals, helping to mitigate risk while driving business growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of international commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, and licensing agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Identify and assess legal and commercial risks, providing clear recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Finance) to streamline contracting processes and resolve legal issues.
- Conduct legal research on international business laws, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and intellectual property rights.
- Assist in developing and maintaining contract templates, standard operating procedures, and legal playbooks.
- Maintain accurate contract records, databases, and filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Law, or a related field. Paralegal certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Contracts Specialist, specifically handling international contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles, corporate law, and global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professional integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
