In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our legal team is well-supported and that our administrative processes run with precision and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. You will have the opportunity to work directly with seasoned legal professionals, gaining invaluable exposure to legal documentation, client liaison, and practice management.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with high accuracy.
  • Manage the firm’s filing system, ensuring all physical and digital records are organized and accessible.
  • Coordinate scheduling for attorneys, including court appearances, client meetings, and appointments.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and external agencies, maintaining professional correspondence and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with various government offices, courts, and regulatory bodies for document submission and research.
  • Handle general office management tasks, including supplies inventory, billing support, and courier coordination.
  • Assist in legal research and data gathering for ongoing case files under the supervision of senior associates.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant in a law firm environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital document management tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
