- Prepare and review financial advice documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations
- Collaborate with financial advisors to develop comprehensive client strategies
- Maintain accurate records of client information and documentation
- Stay updated on industry regulations, tax laws, and financial products
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and financial reports
- Support the advisory team in achieving client service excellence and business targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Previous experience as a paraplanner or in a similar financial planning role
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
