Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to transport parcels to designated residential and commercial locations.
- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes using GPS devices and local knowledge.
- Load and unload parcels securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Obtain signatures or scan deliveries using mobile devices to confirm successful receipt.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or malfunctions.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with clients at delivery points.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver, Courier, or similar logistics role is highly preferred.
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Rawang, Selangor, and surrounding areas.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy packages (up to 20kg).
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a professional, customer-oriented attitude.
- Minimum SPM/High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
