Tanggung Jawab
- Load, unload, and securely prepare parcels for daily delivery routes.
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Navigate assigned routes using GPS devices and local knowledge to ensure timely deliveries.
- Obtain signatures and scan parcels upon delivery to maintain accurate tracking records.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with recipients at the point of delivery.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Manage return shipments and handle undeliverable packages according to company protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (e.g., Class D or E) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar logistics role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Batu Caves, Selangor area and surrounding routes.
- Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg safely.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
