Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure safe, timely, and secure delivery of parcels and documents to residential and commercial addresses.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes using GPS and navigation applications to optimize daily deliveries.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your assigned vehicle/motorcycle to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
- Load, organize, and unload parcels in a manner that prevents transit damage.
- Obtain digital or physical signatures, or take photos as proof of delivery through the logistics mobile app.
- Provide outstanding, friendly customer service when interacting with clients and the general public.
- Immediately report any shipping discrepancies, delivery delays, or vehicle maintenance issues to the operations supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class B2/B for Riders, Class D/GDL for Drivers) with a clean driving record.
- Must own a reliable, well-maintained motorcycle or van (for owner-operators) or be fully qualified to operate company vehicles.
- Excellent familiarity with the roads, landmarks, and shortcuts in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, and surrounding Klang Valley areas.
- Own and be proficient in operating a smartphone with a stable internet connection for using dispatch and delivery apps.
- Good physical fitness with the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 20kg.
- Highly punctual, responsible, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
