In this role, you will be the face of our delivery service, ensuring that packages are transported and delivered safely and on time to our valued customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival of parcels.
- Handle parcels with care, ensuring zero damage during loading, transit, and unloading processes.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain electronic proof of delivery using handheld scanners.
- Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure the delivery van is safe and roadworthy.
- Communicate professionally with customers at drop-off points.
- Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company delivery protocols.
- Report any traffic incidents or delivery delays to the dispatch team immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (GDL license is an added advantage).
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in delivery, courier services, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the Puchong and Selangor routes.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Physically fit to handle parcels of varying sizes and weights.
- A clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Proficient in basic mobile technology/GPS navigation apps.
